Store search statistics data for <##> month(s) prior to the current month
Storing search terms lets you generate Basic Search, Standards Search or WebPath Express™ statistics reports, or enable search suggestions in Follett Destiny Quest®.

Set the length of time for saving search statistics
- Select Admin > Site Configuration > Catalog.
- Scroll to Search Settings.
- Select the Store search statistics data … checkbox.
- Enter a number of months: 0 to 12.
- Click Save after changing any configurations.
Destiny stores search term and limiter data by calendar month.
| Example: If you enter 0 (zero), Destiny stores data for the current month only. If you enter 1, Destiny stores data for the current and the previous month. A setting of 2 includes data for this month and the two previous months, and so on. |
Destiny stores the first 80 characters of all search terms as entered, including leading articles.

You can find the [Basic] Search Statistics report in Reports > Library Reports. You can find the Standards Search Statistics report and the WebPath Express Statistics report in Reports > Library Reports or Media Reports.
